Returns must be shipped with the same terms as sent: With Tracking Code and Delivery Confirmation (Signed for).
We will always offer you a full refund on your purchase including forward shipping costs.
Please note that we will refund only the amount of your original order payment including forward shipping costs, the returning shipping costs will not be refunded.
