Shipping & handling
We ship with FedEx, DHL and Post.nl, and we will always provide you with a Track&Trace number.
We typically ship packages twice a week, usually on tuesday and wednesday, we ship insured and with Delivery Confirmation (signed for) and we will always provide you with a Track&Trace number.
We accept PayPal payments, Credit Card (Master Card. Visa) payments, and International Bank Account Transfers. All online PayPal and Credit Card transactions will be handled by our Secure Payment Service provided by Paypal. With full customer protection.
Returns & refunds
Satisfaction is guaranteed for our items and we will gladly refund your money or give you a website credit if you desire to return any item, below are the terms of our return policy.
Please inform us that you are returning the item within 14 days of original shipment date. All items must be returned in the original packaging as packaged by Classic Steel Bikes.
Returns must be shipped with the same terms as sent ( Track & Trace with Delivery Confirmation ) at the expense of the customer.
We will notify you when we receive a returned item, and refund you the amount of the full order including the forward shipping costs. A refund will be credited promptly via the original payment method.
Please be aware that we will refund only the amount of your original payment including forward shipping costs, your returning shipping costs will not be refunded.
Used parts and products are closely inspected by us and will be listed only when we are sure that they are good and honest products. However, there is no warranty on used products.
This includes all NOS (New Old Stock) items.
We ship with the most reliable couriers: DHL, FedEx, PostNL. And we can ship with extra insurance for your needs. Classic Steel Bikes is not liable for transport damages. If damages occur during the transport these need to be addressed with the delivery company. But we will take care of handling it all when something goes wrong.
We package our products with the highest care and it is actually quite rare for items to be damaged or destroyed during shipment, however it does occasionally happen. If your package arrives with visible damage on the box; Notify the Delivery Person, take photos and make notes of the damage and carefully unpack and unwrap the items. If damage has also occurred to your product please let us know and we will take care of it.
