“This is a VERY rare Campagnolo Record seatpost made in small numbers from 1986 to 1989. In 1985 Campy released the C-Record gruppo and phased out Super Record. The flagship C-Record aero seatpost didn’t fit the stylistic needs of the classic bikes many riders loved, so they made this SR / C-Record hybrid with a traditional round shaft to fulfill this need. However, they didn’t really market it much and thus there’s not many around. This A0R7 seat post looks quite in place on bikes with both SR and C-Record gruppos.”
