First Generation C-Record Aero seat post from 1984-’86.
In 1984 Campagnolo introduces the C-Record group at the “Vicenza Bike Trade Exhibition”. In 1985 the C-Record group comes available for World Pro Teams only!! And in 1987 this astonishing group becomes on the market for us, enthusiastic customers.
There are three main elements that distinguishes this first version C-Record seat post from the later version 1987-’92:
– The little rim/flange below the aero part.
– Insert inscription: This first version reads ‘limit’ while the later version reads ‘made in italy-limit’.
– Chromed clamp bolt & washer.
