Full Campagnolo Athena Group-set in Mint Condition.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s the Eddy Merckx Corsa Extra was one of the best road bike frames and therefore the choice of many professional teams. It dominated the peloton with its extremely well made triangle of light and rigid Columbus SLX tubes. The SLX was a “superbutted” tubeset from Cyclex steel, designed for professional use famous for its helical reinforcements on the end of the tubes.
This EM Corsa Extra frame has been professionally refurbished in Metallic Silver paint and the chrome chain stay & front and rear dropouts are in its Original Mint Condition.
