Q: What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept all Major Credit Card payments (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover) PayPal payments, and Direct Bank Transfer. All payments will be handled by our online Secure Payment Service provided by PayPal.

Q: How Do You Process Payments?

Payments with Credit Card & PayPal will be completed via our secure PayPal payment form and online merchant service that we provide. We will address your payment and confirm your order and we will provide you with a Tracking number when we ship your order. For Bank Transfer Payment we will provide you with the details when you have placed your order automatically.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What Are The CSB Return and Refund Policies?

Satisfaction is guaranteed for our items and we will gladly refund your money or give you a website credit if you desire to return any item, below are the terms of our return policy:

Please inform us by email when you want to return your order and return the item within 14 days of your receiving date. All items must be returned in the original packaging as packaged by Classic Steel Bikes.

Returns must be shipped with the same terms as sent; with Track & Trace and Delivery Confirmation (Signed for).

Please be aware that we will refund only the amount of your original payment including your shipping costs, your returning shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q: What If The Items In My Package Arrive Damaged?

Damaged Packages

We only ship with the most reliable couriers: FedEx, DHL, PostNL. And we always ship with full insurance and delivery confirmation for our customer needs.

We package our products with the highest care and it is actually quite rare for items to be damaged during shipment, however it does occasionally happen. If your package arrives with visible damage on the box please make sure you notify the Delivery Person, take photos and make notes of the damage and carefully unpack and unwrap the items. If damage has also occurred to your product please let us know and we will take care of it. We will of course take responsibility for this matter.

Q: How Often Do You Ship Orders?

We will ship your order as soon as your payment is cleared in our account. We normally ship within two or three days after your purchase. And we will provide you with the Tracking Code by email.
